The Asics GT 4000 2 is a stability running trainer recommended for those with low arches or flat feet. This style is for women and comes in a blue and navy body, with white and pink highlights.
In terms of the stability, local pressure is reduced under the arch, adapting to whatever terrain you encounter. A hard plastic plate will flex safely under normal running conditions, but will become rigid if the arch of the foot rolls too much.
